Individual Sponsorship

A number of additional exciting opportunities enable your organisation to become more involved in this event. These are available in addition to your choice of package or on an individual basis. All Individual Sponsorship packages include the following options as standard:

• Chosen item in colour of your choice (subject to availability) to include company logo*
• 1x complimentary delegate pass
• 1x Targeted announcement of your sponsorship on email & social media campaigns
• Company logo will be displayed on the sponsor banner for all email campaigns
• Company bio, logo & URL on the event webpage
• Company logo on digital screens and holding screens throughout the event
• Full post-event report

*Petrospot will order enough items to supply the conference delegates as first priority. If there are any remaining at the end of the event the sponsor is welcome to take them. Any other requests for additional items above the number needed to supply the conference delegates would need to be discussed and agreed separately.
