Individual Sponsorship includes:
- Chosen item in colour of your choice (subject to availability) to include company logo*
- 1x complimentary delegate pass
- 1x Targeted announcement of your sponsorship on email & social media campaigns
- Company logo will be displayed on the sponsor banner for all email campaigns
- Company bio, logo & URL on the event webpage
- Company logo on digital screens and holding screens throughout the event
- Full post-event report
*Petrospot will order enough items to supply the conference delegates as first priority. If there are any remaining at the end of the event the sponsor is welcome to take them. Any other requests for additional items above the number needed to supply the conference delegates would need to be discussed and agreed separately.
Badges and lanyards are worn during the conference and networking events. These display the sponsor’s logo on the badge and around the lanyard. All delegates will be required to wear the badges in the formal sessions as well as on the tour.
Printed USB Eco Wooden Twist Flashdrives. An excellent environmentally friendly take on the all-time classic twist drive. Data uploading is available on all USB flash drives, subject to the USB drive and size.
