This session will discuss in more detail the North American ECA and the implications this has for bunker supply, ship operations and running costs. Drawing on the expertise of bunker buyers, it will examine the issues of clean air regulations, the availability and use of different fuels and fuel switching versus scrubbers, fuel efficiency, the prospect of alternative fuels such as LNG and the outlook for distillate fuels. | ||
