The pre-conference training programme will take place at the Port of Las Palmas headquarters building on Monday 29 June.
Those wishing to join the technical tours of the Port (including dry docks and shipyards) will be collected by coach from designated hotels and the Port of Las Palmas headquarters building on Thursday 2 July.

Passports are required by all visitors to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, except EU nationals who are in possession of a valid national identity card. As a general rule, those persons who require a visa for entry into Spain will also require a separate visa for entry to Las Palmas.

The official language is Spanish. However, English is widely spoken. The Flagship Conference will benefit from instantaneous translation into/out of Spanish, English and French.
