Getting started
Our web platform will be launched on 21 April and our exciting new event app will also be available in app stores the same day; you will receive your personal login details from us at this time. In the app and web platform you can build your attendee profile with key information about yourself and your business, including links to social media accounts. All attendee profiles are available to view and interact with; if you’re seeking a particular conversation, you can connect directly with attendees and pre-arrange your meetings before the conference opens.
Lets get started

Data-driven matchmaking
Part of your profile-building process is identifying subjects, topics, and types of attendees which interest you. The app and web platform uses this information to shortlist a directory of suggested connections from the attendee list who meet your preferences, who you can connect with through the app and web platform. With our attendee list sitting pretty at over 500 attendees and counting, the algorithm helps you sift through the crowd and identify the people and organisations who can make the difference for your business. Remember; a detailed profile improves the accuracy of this algorithm considerably, so the setup is key.

Swapcard’s scheduling assistant
Another useful feature of the Swapcard app and web platform is an in-built calendar which tracks your meeting schedule across the conference. When setting up a meeting, the app will compare agendas and propose time slots which work for all participants. The meeting interface itself is designed to facilitate interaction, with video capabilities and screen sharing for improved productivity and shared experiences. Swapcard also creates a record of your meeting schedule for you to use even after the conference.

Taking the fuss out of follow-ups
Don’t worry about losing those all-important contacts. All information stored in the app and web platform related to the event, including attendee lists and profiles, is accessible for up to three months after the conference closes, so you can go back to key profiles and remind yourself of essential information, contact details, portfolios, and other key points. As mentioned before, your meeting schedule is saved for your review later on, and any contacts you make during the conference will appear in a separate contact list for easy export. You’ll walk away from the Summit with a clear summary of your conversations across the event, making following up your new business leads a breeze.
