The course will take place at the Delta Hotel, in Vlaardingen, The Netherlands, right on the riverside where some 150 vessels pass daily.

Overlooking the river on the edge of Rotterdam, Delta Hotel offers unique views on the water and its ships. Guests can benefit from free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Delta's rooms are furnished in a nautical style, just like the rest of the hotel. Each room has a private bathroom with a bath and coffee and tea facilities.

From the Delta Hotel, it takes 10 minutes by water taxi or car to reach the heart of Rotterdam. The train station of Vlaardingen is a 5-minute walk away.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

All travellers are required to go through immigration clearance upon arrival. All visitors must satisfy the following basic entry requirements before they can be considered for entry:

• A passport with at least 6 months validity
• A valid visa, if applicable
• Sufficient funds to last for the intended period of stay
• Confirmed onward/return tickets
• Entry facilities to their onward destinations, e.g. visas.

For delegates who require a visa support letter to attend a ship.energy training course, conference or seminar, please note that an administration charge of £50 will be applied to your course/event fee. A visa support letter will not be supplied by ship.energy Limited unless prior payment for the training course and/or event is made in full. Should your application for a visa be refused, a full refund of the course/event fee will be processed within three working days.
