An event held in conjunction with the Singapore Maritime Week 2012     This three-day training programme is designed as a progression from the well-established introductory Oxford Bunker Course. It integrates every aspect of bunkering (operations, technical, commercial, environmental and legal) and will include a combination of lectures, syndicate work exercises and tests. It is intended for those with at least two years' experience of bunkering.
