Two exclusive Oil & Shipping Africa 2010 cocktail receptions, tailored to suit the particular style and ‘personality’ of the individual sponsor. Prices vary, depending on the food and beverage requirements, type of entertainment required and style of each event.
Exhibitor Space – from US$5,000
Each table-top space in the Exhibition Area is approximately 10ft x 8ft (3m x 2m) and includes one free Oil & Shipping Africa 2010 delegate pass.
(Please note: Internet access, extra lighting, AV equipment, table decoration and other exhibition items may be acquired by separate negotiation.)
Delegate Badges and Lanyards – from US$5,000
Badges and Lanyards are worn during all sessions and networking events. These display the Sponsor’s logo on the front and back of the badge, and around the lanyard. All delegates will be required to wear the badges at all times.

Delegate List and Folders - from US$5,000
An A4, full-colour advertisement on the back of the Delegate Folders and the Sponsor’s logo on the Delegate List.
Lunches – from US$5,000
Sponsor signage on view at all four lunches as well as an opportunity to distribute marketing material to delegates at the lunches.
Coffee & Networking Breaks – from US$5,000
Coffee mugs with Sponsor’s logo to be used by delegates. In addition, display of Sponsor’s signage in the break areas is available. Please ask for details.
