Networking Receptions - These are included with Platinum and Gold Sponsorships Three exclusive Maritime Week Americas 2010 cocktail receptions. Each uniquely tailored to suit the particular style and ‘personality’ of the individual sponsor. Prices vary, depending on the food and beverage requirements, type of entertainment required and style of each event. American, Caribbean, Latin American and a range of other themes, including drinks, cuisine and entertainment, can be arranged. Please ask for details. Lunches – from US$10,000 Sponsor signage on view at all four lunches as well as an opportunity to distribute marketing material to delegates at the lunches. Coffee & Networking Breaks –These are included with Silver Sponsorships Coffee mugs with Sponsor’s logo to be used by delegates. In addition, display of Sponsor’s signage in the break areas is available. Please ask for details. Delegate Bags – from US$6,500 All delegates receive a bag displaying the Sponsor’s logo. This contains the full Maritime Week Americas 2010 programme folder, conference CD-ROM, T-shirts, Caps and publications from organising companies and supporting media. Delegate Badges and Lanyards – from US$6,500 Badges and Lanyards are worn during all sessions and networking events. These display the Sponsor’s logo on the front and back of the badge, and around the lanyard. All delegates will be required to wear the badges in the conference, exhibition and port tours. Delegate List and Folders - from US$6,500 An A4, full-colour advertisement on the back of the Delegate Folders and the Sponsor’s logo on the Delegate List.      Official T-Shirts – from US$6,500 Sponsor and have your company logo on the Official Maritime Week Americas 2010 T-shirts. Official Caps – from US$6,500 Official Maritime Week Americas 2010 caps with Sponsor’s logo which are distributed to all delegates, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors. Notepads and Pens – from US$6,500 Sponsor the notepads and pens which are used by all delegates during Maritime Week Americas 2010. Your logo will be displayed on both. Online Delegate Area – from US$6,500 Logo and recognition as the official sponsor of the Online Delegate Area (containing Maritime Week Americas 2010 speeches, and profiles of speakers, sponsors and exhibitors) login details distributed to all delegates at registration. Specialised Sessions – from US$5,000 Maritime Week Americas 2010 is a multiple streamed event following 5 different areas – bunkering operations, environment, legal, commercial and maritime and port security. As a Sponsor you will have your business associated with a particular area of the convention programme. Please ask for details. Exhibitor Space – from US$5,000 Each table-top space in the Exhibition Area is approximately 10ft x 8ft (3m x 2m) and includes one free Maritime Week Americas 2010 delegate pass.
